We’ve combined our premium single origin Brazil Alta Mogiana naturally processed coffee beans with another one of Scotland’s finest whiskies to bring you a limited release of an amazing coffee.
The beans were aged for many weeks in an emptied oak whisky barrel (which formerly stored a select aged single malt scotch from a famous Highland distillery).
We then roast the coffee using a special profile to bring out the optimally combined flavours of the naturally processed Brazil and the single malt scotch whisky. The result is a very smooth, fine-tasting coffee balanced with an unmissable sweetly infused whisky taste and aroma.
Flavour Notes: Walnut, Maple Syrup plus a prominent whisky aroma yet subtle sweet whisky taste.
Roast: Medium. Smooth mouthfeel yet naturally sweet to balance. Suited to all brewing methods.
Great with or without milk.
